How to listen to a client until you find the need they haven’t named yet, and how to turn that understanding into a room — told through homes and projects Give designed herself. The audience leaves with a “listen before you draw” toolkit they can use the next morning.

From employee to studio co-founder — the creative business, unedited
How to price design, how to take work and how to turn it down, and how a small team wins global awards — ten years of Gratitude Design with the failures left in.
Materials, as a designer sees them — a hands-on workshop
Marble against engineered stone, veneer against solid timber, fabric, leather and light: how to choose, where people go wrong most often, why showroom samples deceive the eye, and which materials are sustainable in fact rather than on the label. Real samples come into the room.

Give Warakorn (Warakorn Termwattanapakdee) is Co-founder and Design Director of Gratitude Design, a Bangkok interior design studio with more than 200 completed projects — from residences at Ritz-Carlton Residences and Four Seasons Private Residences to restaurants, clubs and retail spaces — 27 international awards in all, among them the German Design Award, Golden Pin and IDA Design Awards.
She has taught interior design at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok for over six years, advises Sripatum University’s design programmes, has spoken for Dsign Something, Dewa Dewi, CEA Udon Thani and AGRO by HMR Material at ASA 2026, founded the Design Walk with Ajarn Give community, and shares materials, site visits and the designer’s life on @give.everyday. She believes design begins not with beauty but with understanding people — and that is what she brings to every stage.
